The Craftsman professional router table has several features that make this table perfect for your routing projects. An adjustable router plate to which you can attach several different routers makes this Craftsman professional router table extremely versatile. In addition to the diverse routing ability, this router table can also act as a saw horse extension. Its large table surface and adjustable fence aids in making jigs to aid in your routing and other projects.
Instructions
Table Assembly

Place eight bolts through the holes on the router table top. Hold them in place for the moment with tape.
2Turn the router table upside down.
3Slide a leg reinforcement over each set of bolts in the router table top.
4Attach the legs over the leg reinforcements and bolts.
5Secure the legs with a washer and nut over each bolt, and tighten them.
6Turn the table right side up placing it on the legs.
7Remove the tape from the bolts.
8Connect the switch block to the back of the fascia using two head screws and nuts. Tighten them securely.
9Turn the router table upside-down.
10Align the fascia's holes with the table legs and the front of the router tabletop.
11Attach the fascia to the table legs and front of the router table top using a screw and nut in each of the holes. Tighten the screws securely.
12Secure the router table to your workbench by screwing it on through the holes on the bottom of the table.
13Align the table leg inserts at the very top of the openings on the side of the tables.
14Slide down the table leg inserts into place. They will lock into place.
Supporting Parts Assembly

Screw the protractor head to the miter bar through the center holes with a screw. Tighten the screw till the protractor can still move but there is resistance to the movement.
16Connect the knob to the arch in the protractor and the top hole of the miter bar with a bolt.
17Attach two screws through the fence support bracket and two nuts.
18Screw the fence guide to the fence support with two screws and nuts. The fence guide should curve outward.
19Insert the guard shaft through the back of the guard.
20Connect the guard to the dust collector with a screw. The screw should be inserted from under the dust collector.
21Attach two screws to nuts through the holes on each side of the dust collector.
22Insert the nuts on the dust collector to the T-slot on the upper fence rail.
23Insert the nuts from the fence support brackets onto the T-slot on each end of the upper fence rail.
24Screw on the right and left end caps onto the upper fence rail.
25Press four fence clamping knobs through the holes on the upper fence into a weld nut. Do not tighten yet.
26Screw the right and left end caps onto the lower fence rail.
27Slide the weld nuts on the lower fence rail into the grove on the upper fence rail.
28Tighten the clamp knobs so that the lower fences are evenly spaced on the upper fence rail.
Attaching the Router

Screw a stop nut onto each of the countersuck socket head screws.
30Insert each of the screw and stop nut sets into the holes in the recess in the router table top.
31Insert the router adapter plate on top of the screws in the opening in the router table top.
32Adjust the screws until the router adapter plate is level.
33Place a nut onto the bottom of each screw. Tighten them while holding the the screw in place.
34Remove the router base plate from the router and set it aside. The router base plate is not used in assembly of the router.
35Screw the router to the router adapter plate through the three holes at the center of the router adapter plate.
36Insert the router adapter plate with the attached router into the opening in the router table top.
37Screw the router adapter plate to the router table in the four corners of the router adapter plate.
